The Steering Committee is responsible for the continual development of APEX content, faculty recruitment, and all expansion. Serving on the Steering Committee is great chance to be involved at faculty development at the national level.
We are looking for applicants with the following:
- Evidence of success in developing, implementing, and evaluating educational programming at local or national level.
- Evidence of ability to work in virtual teams with members that are not co-located together.
- Passion for teaching others to teach.
- An interest in developing and growing the APEX Teaching Program.
The term is 3-years with an option to renew for 3 more years. Duties include attending monthly phone meetings, reviewing applications for the PAS and PHM cohorts in December and January, and assisting in conducting curricular reviews every 5 years.
