“Medical Neglect (MN) and Medical Child Abuse (MCA) concerns are more complicated when a child has a Complex Medical Condition (CMC). Providers can struggle to understand what MN and MCA are in this population and how best to respond to concerns. In this hour-long webinar, Dr. Ross Cleveland (Dana-Farber Cancer Institute/Boston Children’s Hospital) will discuss what makes these cases so complicated, ways to conceptualize MN and MCA in CMC, and share potential strategies to resolution of concerns. There will be case-based and interactive discussion as well as time for Q&A.
