Speed Mentoring is a fun and face-paced networking session designed to bring early career hospitalists together with mid-career and senior hospitalists. Mentees will be assigned to a track and will have 10 minutes for one-one-on mentoring with each mentor assigned to a track. After completion of the speed mentoring activity, if time permits, the entire small group (mentors and mentees) in each track will meet for a lively and facilitated group discussion. The deadline to register is Monday, July 1.
Additional Information
Mentors are individuals who have been in a community or tertiary/children’s hospital-based hospital position for 7-10 years or longer. Mentees are individuals who are in residency, fellowship or in their first 5-7 years of a hospitalist position. Mentees should come to the session with questions prepared to make the most of the 10 minutes per mentor.
Tracks
All individuals registering for speed mentoring will participate in either the academic or community hospitals track.
