| PHM23 Call for Abstract and Conundrums Co-Chairs |
| The PHM 2023 Planning Committee is accepting applications for Abstract and Conundrums Co-Chairs. Co-Chairs will receive complimetary registration for PHM23. Co-Chairs should expect to join some planning committee calls as well as various abstract and conundrums calls in 2023 to directly help plan the review and decisions for the call for abstracts and conundrums. Please note: previous experience reviewing abstracts and/or conundrums is preferred. |
| Conundrums
The clinical conundrums co-chair role is a 2-year obligation (spanning 2 PHM conferences). There are 2 Conundrums Co-Chairs. Each year one co-chair is new to the role while the other has already served in this role the year prior. Co-chairs assist the PHM planning committee with the call for clinical conundrums, consider reviewer scores and comments in identifying which conundrums will be presented at the conference and in what format, offer feedback and edits for those conundrums accepted, and serve as/assist with identifying moderators for the presentation sessions. |
| Abstracts
The abstract co-chair role is a 2-year obligation (spanning 2 PHM conferences). There are 2 Abstract Co-Chairs. Each year one co-chair is new to the role while the other has already served in this role the year prior. Co-chairs assist the PHM planning committee with the call for abstracts. This role includes overseeing reviewers’ scores of the abstracts, identifying abstracts chosen for presentation and determining presentation format for each, identifying moderators for all oral abstract sessions, and moderating the research plenary. |
