VIP Children’s Clinics, a physician-led affiliate with Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt, is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Pediatrician to join our thriving and deeply respected practice in Lafayette, Tennessee.
Founded in 1996, VIP provides high-quality pediatric care across Middle Tennessee through 8 locations, including 3 designated rural health clinics. Our physician ownership ensures clinician voices shape operations and quality initiatives.

Work-Life Balance & Compensation
- 4-day workweek with no evening clinics
- Call: No weekday call (M–Th); limited phone triage only
- Supportive team: 1 permanent physician, 2 rotating physicians, 1 NP
- Patient census: ~20 patients/day

Qualifications
- Board‑Eligible or Board‑Certified in Pediatrics
- Eligible for Tennessee medical licensure
- Interest in outpatient pediatric care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- New graduates welcome
