The mission of this SIG is to serve as the hub of support and essential information regarding the well-being and vitality of Academic Pediatric Association members and to promote the collaboration of all APA entities concerned with member well-being.
Our goals are to share essential information/resources regarding APA member well-being, to disseminate new research and best practices regarding promotion of well-being and prevention of burnout for child health professionals in academic settings and to partner with other APA SIGs and entities with overlapping interest in the promotion of wellbeing and resilience among the academic pediatric community.
