Plenary presenters qualify for a discount. If you did not received this discount code, please contact the region chairs. Abstract presenters do not qualify for this discount.
Hotel
Room blocks close one month before a meeting occurs. Any onsite bookings after 1/9/24 should be made directly with the Hilton.
