Clinical Conundrums:
The PHM 2015 Planning Committee is seeking interesting and exciting cases with a definitive or likely diagnosis that presented as a diagnostic dilemma and cases with uncommon presentation of common illnesses that prove to be challenging to diagnose and/or to manage.

The Committee hopes to include cases that will further patient care by inspiring a change in the way you practice within your hospital, advance the education of trainees and spark future research. Priority will be given to submissions that are most relevant to pediatric hospital medicine and have the potential to engage the audience in an interactive manner.

PHM 2015 will include three dedicated Clinical Conundrums oral presentation sessions in addition to the poster sessions at the meeting. Oral presentation sessions will consist of three to four case presentations; each case lasting 20 minutes, including five minutes for Q and A. In addition, cases may be selected for one of the two poster presentation sessions at PHM 2015.

There is a limit of 3000 characters for the text of your Clinical Conundrum submission (title & Clinical Conundrum body will be counted). ANY SUBMISSION THAT GOES OVER THE 3000 CHARACTER LIMIT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY REJECTED. You may submit a maximum of two graphics or tables that support your submission.
