Kootenai Health is supporting the recruitment of a BC/BE full time pediatric hospitalist to join an expanding department in beautiful Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. This is a wonderful opportunity for hospital employment with competitive compensation and benefits. Highlights on the opportunity:

  • High quality, evidence based inpatient pediatric care (acute and newborns)
  • ER and surgical consultations for patients under 18 years of age
  • Supervising and teaching medical students from Washington State University and Kootenai Health family medicine residents
  • Opportunity to participate and lead quality/performance improvement initiatives
  • Support with medical publications/research if desired
  • Level III NICU with 24 hour in house neonatology
  • No delivery attendance
