Charleston Area Medical Center (CAMC) is seeking a Pediatric Endocrinology to work in the beautiful and historic Charleston, West Virginia area serving children throughout the state. CAMC is a community-based, academic medical center and the largest hospital in southern West Virginia, serving a large area of the state and region. We are home to several graduate medical education programs, including a Pediatric Residency Program, and we support a large number of medical students for their clinical training.

Position Requirements

  •               Board Certification or Eligibility in Pediatrics with Subspecialty Certification in Pediatric Endocrinology
  •               Eligibility for a West Virginia Medical License
  •               Passion for providing outstanding clinical care to a diverse population and strong interest in teaching

We are also home to the CAMC Institute for Academic Medicine Pediatric Residency Program with 21 residents, and we are a regional campus for the WVU School of Medicine and the WV School of Osteopathic Medicine.

Charleston Area Medical Center – established in 1972, CAMC is a nonprofit, 1,103-bed regional referral center made up of six hospitals: CAMC General Hospital, CAMC Greenbrier Valley Medical Center, CAMC Memorial Hospital, CAMC Plateau Medical Center, CAMC Teays Valley Hospital and CAMC Women and Children’s Hospital, as well as the CAMC Institute for Academic Medicine and the CAMC Foundation.
