Weill Cornell Medicine Department of Pediatrics is seeking to hire a Medical Director for Inpatient Pediatrics. This role leads the pediatric inpatient medical units (including stepdown unit) 38 beds total, working closely with department, nursing and quality leadership on operations, quality improvement and safety, including the family advisory council. Role works closely with pediatric education team for both Graduate Medical Education and Undergraduate Medical Education, including new Pediatric Hospitalist Medicine fellowship. The position reports to the Division Chief, General Academic Pediatrics. Administrative and leadership experience needed, as well as evidence of scholarship in chosen field.
