DESCRIPTION:Speed Mentoring is a fun and face-paced networking session designed to bring early career hospitalists together with mid-career and senior hospitalists. Mentees will be assigned to a track and will have 10 minutes for one-one-on mentoring with each mentor assigned to a track. After completion of the speed mentoring activity\, if time permits\, the entire small group (mentors and mentees) in each track will meet for a lively and facilitated group discussion. The deadline to register is Monday\, July 1. \nMentee Sign Up \nMentor Sign Up \nAdditional Information\nMentors are individuals who have been in a community or tertiary/children’s hospital-based hospital position for 7-10 years or longer. Mentees are individuals who are in residency\, fellowship or in their first 5-7 years of a hospitalist position.
