DESCRIPTION:Hosted by the PHM Leadership \nOnboarding isn’t one-size-fits-all—especially in pediatric hospital medicine. Whether welcoming a seasoned clinician\, a new resident graduate\, or a PHM fellow transitioning into practice\, honing the onboarding process can make all the difference. This session will explore practical strategies for designing and delivering effective onboarding for physicians (both fellowship and non-fellowship trained) and advanced practice providers\, highlighting how to adapt for varying backgrounds\, prior training\, and levels of experience. Participants will leave with actionable ideas to help new team members feel confident\, connected\, and ready to provide exceptional care from day one. There will also be time for Q&A to share strategies between webinar attendees so all can learn!
